Adjustment of Bandsaw Blade Roller Guides The adjustment for the roller type guides is done a little bit different. We like to have the band saw wheel on a horizontal sawmill tilted forward at the top about 1/16 in. Measure to a common place on the frame that holds the band wheel. Make sure the wheel is tilted 1/16” but not over 1/8”.
